Senior Security Awareness Specialist

A company is looking for a Snr. Security Awareness Content Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities :

Leads strategic review and analysis of security awareness training content

Develops comprehensive training plans for global markets

Implements data-driven optimization strategies to maximize client engagement and value

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Security Awareness, Instructional Design, or related field / experience

Minimum 2 years of experience advising clients on learning plans related to security awareness training

Minimum 2 years of experience providing customer support

Experience with project management software and documentation development

Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel) and web browsers
