Job descriptionPrepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for a variety of construction projects, from conceptual through final design. Analyze blueprints, project plans, and specifications to develop precise and competitive bids. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure all cost factors are accounted for. Evaluate subcontractor proposals and negotiate to secure the best value. Monitor and update cost databases, market trends, and project requirements. Proven experience as an Estimator in education, healthcare, K-12, multifamily, or hospitality construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and estimating techniques. Proficiency in estimating software and tools such as ProEst, Bluebeam, or equivalent. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
