CBIZ Talent & Compensation Solutions is partnering with our Financial Services Client to recruit full-time Accounts Payable Specialist in Monmouth County, NJ. The AP Specialist is responsible for processing payments, managing expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records by handling invoices and related documentation. Supports timely and precise financial operations.

Key Duties :

• Review, verify, and code invoices; ensure proper approval and documentation.
• Enter invoices and payments into QuickBooks; upload supporting documents.
• Record transactions in correct accounting periods; maintain expense trackers in Excel.
• Collect vendor tax information for 1099s; prepare and process payments.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve issues and maintain relationships.
• Reconcile monthly credit card statements and resolve AP inquiries.
• Provide general accounting support as needed.
