Bennett Aerospace Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, isseeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to lead the development of a responsive, web-based application that enables rapid, mobile collection of Hydrogeomorphic (HGM)-relevant field data. This role combines technical expertise in full-stack development with a mission-driven focus on ecological data collection and assessment in support of customer projects.

Position Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and test a web-based platform for desktop and mobile use.

Implement database structures and workflows to support field data collection and storage.

Integrate automated quality controls to reduce error and improve data accuracy.

Collaborate with ecological researchers to align tool functionality with HGM assessment needs.

Prepare documentation, including user guides and technical reports, to support tool deployment and reproducibility.

Positions Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).

5-7 years of professional experience in web and mobile application development.

Strong background in database management, cross-platform development, and responsive design.

Demonstrated ability to produce robust, user-friendly tools that meet scientific and operational requirements.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary research team.

Security Requirements :

Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government Clearance if required.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,500
