State to State Moving is hiring a Moving Sales Representative to convert warm inbound leads into signed moving agreements. 100% remote. 1099.
Responsibilities : handle inbound leads (phone / web / chat), run virtual surveys, build item lists and pricing, present packages, negotiate and close via e-signature, take deposits, confirm dates, hand off to dispatch, maintain CRM pipeline and meet weekly / monthly KPIs.
Requirements : strong English, proven B2C phone sales (1+ year preferred), confident closer, comfortable with CRM / VoIP / e-signature, reliable home internet and quiet workspace.
Compensation (1099) : $900–$1,200 per week + 3–7% commission on booked order amount; weekly pay ; no reimbursements .
Tools & probation : company phone / VoIP provided; work equipment after a 2-month probation .
Growth : Senior Consultant → Team Lead → Sales Manager (performance-based).
