PLUS Shift Premiums including $3.50 for Evening Shifts & $2.50 for Night Shifts & additional $1 Shift Differential for Weekends!

As a LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse, you will carry out our Mission of Love by assisting our residents in reaching or attaining the highest potential in their physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.

Our LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for the following :

medical standards of practice. Prepares equipment and assists physician during rounds or special treatments and examinations of residents if needed. Provides direct resident care and transports residents to activities and appointments as time permits. Performs glucometer readings, EKG's and other testing as needed. Assists with direct resident care including bathing, feeding, making beds, toileting and transporting residents to appointments and activities.
