Compensation : $100000 - $115000 / annually Dependent on Experience

Tessera is seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to provide oversight of fleet maintenance operations. The role is responsible for mission-level planning resource and manpower modeling production scheduling FMIS data integration and ensuring maintenance execution meets technical standards contract specifications and quality metrics.

Productivity workplace safety customer satisfaction and the teams success is dependent on the leadership team positions efforts.
