We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us keep tails wagging (well, flicking) long after a customer's first box. You'll lead the charge on building and executing our retention strategy, uncovering why cat parents stay, and designing product experiences that make them purr with delight. If you love working cross-functionally to create products that balance business impact with customer joy, we'd love to have you join our pride.

What you'll do :

• Build and execute the retention strategy, making sure our customers stay delighted with Smalls long after their first box.
• Identify and improve product-led retention leversfrom onboarding flows to subscription management to new feature adoption.
• Diagnose and act on churn signals, working closely with data, CX, and marketing to understand and address the "why" behind customer drop-off.
• Drive cross-functional execution, leading design, engineering, marketing & operations teams to deliver thoughtful solutions that balance business outcomes which customers love.
• Use experimentation, user feedback, and behavior analysis to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
• Champion a product culture at Smallswhere insights, learning, and customer empathy guide how we build.
