Job descriptionProvide comprehensive primary care chronic disease management and minor urgent care. Conduct physical exams order and interpret diagnostic tests and formulate treatment plans. Maintain accurate and detailed patient health records. Collaborate with nursing staff and facility personnel to ensure continuity of care. Current unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to obtain one) in the state of Texas. Active DEA registration. Experience in correctional healthcare primary care or urgent care is a plus.
