Senior Small Business Banking Consultant

A company is looking for a Senior Small Business Banking Consultant responsible for managing and growing Small Business client relationships. Key Responsibilities Assess client needs and recommend financial products and services through telephone consultations Resolve complex servicing issues and maintain strong client relationships Proactively contact clients for financial reviews and facilitate credit requests Required Qualifications Undergraduate Degree (4 years) or equivalent experience Minimum of 7 years of sales / client relationship management experience in banking / financial products Significant experience working with small business clients Formal credit training and small business banking sales training preferred Experience mentoring and developing less experienced team members is a plus
