• Employ scientific molding practices including Design of Experiment, cycle times, analysis, etc.
• Reduce manufacturing waste through continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate with toolmakers during new tool builds, reviews, and releases.
• Develop measuring methods to verify part quality.
• Reduce cycle times and increase efficiency of automated equipment by changing equipment parameters or PLC programs.
• Identify processing problems with automated equipment such as presses, robots, end of arm tooling, etc.
• Request and obtain approval for process deviations.
• Support product and process change activities through Change Management system.
