Your Role

As a Full Desk Recruiter , you will play a crucial role in growing BestLogic Staffings business. You will own a position that is varied, stimulating, and challenging on a daily basis developing your interpersonal and commercial skills while directly contributing to our success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Business Development : Identify, pursue, and secure new clients and business opportunities.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting : Source, screen, and match top talent to open positions within the company.
• Relationship Management : Maintain and manage a portfolio of candidates and clients , both new and existing.
• Talent Acquisition : Utilize multiple sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, passive candidate searches, and applicant tracking systems .
• Negotiation & Closing : Manage the interview process, extend offers, and close placements.
• Market & Industry Insight : Research and implement best staffing and recruitment practices to align with industry standards and company objectives.
• Contract Management : Develop proposals and negotiate commercial terms and placement agreements.
