Your work will transcend mere therapy; it will become a pathway to rediscovering connections and embracing the joy of communication - from infants uttering their first syllables to veterans finding their words again after a life-altering event.

This is your chance to impact a diverse population, offering a blend of outpatient therapy alongside the occasional inpatient intervention. • Engage in collaborative care efforts with physical and occupational therapy teams, as well as medical professionals and family members to ensure a unified treatment approach.
  • Educate patients and their families to support care processes beyond the clinic walls.
  • Assist in inpatient evaluations and therapy when necessary, ensuring a seamless transition in care throughout the recovery process.
  • Document all patient interactions meticulously, adhering to the relevant guidelines and regulations.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development.

  • In-depth knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating communication, language, and swallowing challenges across all ages.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with the ability to connect with patients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to tailor therapy approaches to meet varying cultural and linguistic needs.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and documentation protocols.
  • What We Offer You

  • Competitive salary that reflects your experience and dedication.
  • Flexible scheduling, allowing for a healthy work-life integration.
  • Specialization opportunities across pediatrics, adult rehabilitation, or geriatric care.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday compensation.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.

  • A Journey Where You Make a Difference

This is not just another position; it's an invitation to be part of a team dedicated to healing through the power of communication. Here, every patient is unique, and we rely on your expertise to help illustrate their stories with compassion and skill.
