Schedule Night shift, 3x12 hours (19 : 00 - 07 : 00), every other weekend. Job Description The Oncology Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing specialized care to adult and geriatric patients in a telemetry unit. This position involves administering chemotherapy, managing oncologic emergencies, and providing palliative and end-of-life care. Responsibilities Administer chemotherapy, including continuous infusion and oral administration. Monitor patients receiving chemotherapy and manage side effects and complications. Perform central line and port care, and administer blood products as needed. Provide symptom management for patients with oncologic diagnoses, including acute tumor lysis syndrome, sepsis, and spinal cord compression. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Document patient care and administer care plans using the designated electronic charting system. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, preferably in oncology. Current certifications : BLS, Chemo Certification (ONS / ONCC).
