• Get $100K to $150K upfront as a retention bonus paid on start (5-year forgiveness)
• Looking for 1 to 2 full-time or part-time pediatricians
• 4-day workweek, seeing an average of 20 to 25 outpatients per day
• Join 3 pediatrician and 2 APPs with a 1 : 4 call schedule with a goal of 1 : 5
• Primarily outpatient position with newborn rounding
• Inpatient call can include very rare C-section / delivery coverage
• H-1B and J-1 visas are welcomed
