Responsibilities
Set up and prepare assigned stationRecreate recipes / dishes as provided by chefCommunicate with team regarding pars to keep prep team ahead of the needsClean, organize, and sanitize stationTimely execution of dishes during serviceOrganization and maintenance of storage areas, refrigerators, counters and shelves as neededStrict adherence to health code guidelinesPrepare and cook family meal as needed.Education, Experience, and License Requirements
Minimum 1-year cooking experience in a chef-driven restaurantCurrent food handler certificationCompensation
18 per hour plus tips
