Providence is calling for applications for our March 2026 RN Surgical ICU Fellowship. An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you. This position starts March 23, 2026.

Required Qualifications :

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
• 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty).
