LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a reputable company. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join a compassionate and mission-driven senior living care program in Newark, DE. This is a fully onsite role with the potential to transition from temporary to permanent employment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job Title : Accounts Payable Specialist

Location : Newark, DE

Schedule : Monday through Friday, Fully Onsite

Employment Type : Temporary to Permanent

Salary Range : $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Key Responsibilities :

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Perform three-way match of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents.
• Reconcile AP accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and support month-end close.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
• Assist with audits by providing documentation and transaction history.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and approvals.
