Self-Scheduled3rd Shift : 7 PM - 7 : 30 AMFTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts)2 Mondays and 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule.1 Weekend per 6-week schedule.2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter) required.Training in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, with opportunities for Charge RN cross-training.Join our Float Team : If you seek a rewarding night shift role providing variety and growth, our Internal Float Pool is ideal. You will rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, broadening your clinical skills with each shift.
Key Responsibilities :
Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.Adapt to various unit workflows while ensuring clinical excellence.Ideal Candidate :
Minimum of 18 months Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience required (2 years preferred).Flexibility to meet scheduling requirements.Required Training & Skills :
Training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound.Charge Nurse cross-training for leadership skill development.What We Offer :

You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care, utilizing the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care aligned with established standards. Your role includes assessing patient needs, planning interventions, and evaluating care effectiveness while involving patients and families in their care plans.
Requirements :
Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).Degree from an accredited or approved Nursing program.Typically, 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
