Sparkle Car Wash is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and people-focused Assistant Store Manager to support our busy Peru location. The ideal candidate is a high-energy go-getter with a strong sales background , a can-do attitude , and a natural ability to lead and motivate a team .

Responsibilities :

• Support the Site Manager in all daily operations.
• Serve as second-in-command and run the site when the Site Manager is off-site.
• Drive sales performance and coach team members on sales techniques.
• Foster a positive, productive, people-first work environment.
• Ensure the site meets Sparkle standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer experience.
• Assist with deposits, banking duties, and opening / closing procedures.
• Participate in training and onboarding for new team members.
• Maintain consistency in operations across all shifts.
