Key Responsibilities :

As an

Event Marketing Assistant

you will help execute local marketing events and provide in-person support to enhance brand visibility and connect with target audiences :

Assist in planning and executing

live promotional events

and community-based campaigns

Represent client brands in a

professional, enthusiastic, and engaging

manner

Interact with event attendees, answer questions, and communicate key product benefits

Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination

Collect customer feedback and campaign data to help refine marketing strategies

Work collaboratively with internal teams to align branding, messaging, and outreach goals

Perform light administrative duties such as data tracking and post-event reporting

Qualifications :

Strong communication and people skills

Friendly, outgoing personality with a team-first attitude

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, public-facing environment

Interest or background in

marketing, event planning, customer service, or promotions

Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
