This is a New York, NY-based hybrid role.

What You'll Do

• Transform Data With AI : Build systems that convert raw information into powerful tools in hiring with AI.
• Process Job Listings : Develop algorithms that analyze job requirements to better position hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Create Scale AI Products : As the largest AI Resume writer, you’ll get the chance to produce AI products for paying customers on the largest stage. Help us transform users’ resumes to attract employer attention and generate interview requests.
• Apply AI Models : Implement embedding techniques and prompt engineering to enhance how candidates appear to potential employers and vice versa.
• Create Data Pipelines : Design efficient flows that process resumes and job market information through AI systems.
• Optimize Conversion Rates : Continuously improve systems to increase the percentage of profiles that receive interview requests.
• Iterate on AI Approaches : Test and refine different prompt structures and data transformations to maximize results.
