Job descriptionPerform assessments, diagnosis, and infectious disease treatment Collaborate with physicians and SNF staff on care planning Develop weekly rounding schedules based on facility needs Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation Qualifications Active, unrestricted Illinois Nurse Practitioner license Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program Minimum 1 year experience in SNF or long-term care (2+ years preferred) Excellent interpersonal and clinical decision-making skills Able to work independently in a fast-paced setting Health Insurance Dental, Vision, Life & AD&D, Accident, and Critical Illness 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) CME Reimbursement Covered Malpractice Insurance Clinical Reference Tools Dragon Medical Dictation Software Depending on overall volume of patients. Scribes are allocated based on business needs.
