Primary Responsibility : Your main goal will be to set B2B sales appointments, professionally representing our diverse staffing services.

Responsibilities :

  • Make 50-100 outbound calls daily to businesses throughout the South Bay Area.
  • Follow up with leads generated from our marketing strategies.
  • Assist in marketing efforts and successfully schedule sales appointments.
  • Acquire new customers and re-engage dormant ones.

Job Requirements :

  • Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Zoom, Teams).
  • Proven performance in appointment scheduling and / or inside sales.
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding follow-through skills.
  • Strong computer, software, and data entry skills.
  • Must type accurately at a minimum of 30 wpm.
  • Ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Personality : Outgoing, energetic, and eager to learn.
