Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our executives in both professional and personal tasks, ensuring that day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities :

  • Manage executives' calendars to ensure efficient scheduling of appointments and meetings.

  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation to support effective office operations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations, ensuring all details are in order.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other required documentation for meetings.
  • Provide general office support, including ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a tidy workspace.

Skills Required :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office equipment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately and completely.
