As our UAS business is expanding, we’re looking for a reliable and adaptable Operations Assistant to help drive success behind the scenes.

Responsibilities :
- Logistics & Inventory Management
Rotate and manage inventory to ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices
Pull and prepare UAS equipment for delivery or demo, including unboxing, assembling components, loading firmware, performing basic functionality checks, and ensuring all accessories and documentation are includedPalletize larger shipments and schedule pickupsMaintain accurate stock levels and help track demo / rental gearPerform basic QA checks and equipment prepAssist with drone and payload integration where neededVendor & Sales CoordinationWork with UAS vendors to track deliveries and resolve order issues
Use vendor portals to check availability and pricingAssist with onboarding new vendors and keeping price lists, EOL products, and details currentCollaborate with sub-dealers to support inventory and shipping needsSupportProcess sales orders in our ERP (P21) : convert quotes, allocate stock, generate invoices
Work closely with sales reps to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillmentCommunicate with customers to provide updates, clarify needs, and ensure a smooth post-sale experienceAssist Accounting and Sales with order troubleshooting and process updatesDocument and track service tickets or customer inquiries as neededCompetencies :

1-3 years’ experience in operations, logistics, or inside sales (UAS or tech industry preferred)Familiarity with Salesforce, ERP systems (like P21), and general shipping platformsAbility to lift and handle UAS gear (up to 60 lbs.)Strong written and verbal communication skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or technical certification a plusBenefits Include :
