Retail Product Manager

Responsibilities :

• Drive cross-functional teams comprised of both business and technical roles during the product development lifecycle; champion the needs of clients; develop detailed requirements and feature definitions; partner with IT on development, testing & implementation plans, as well as internal communications & deployment plans.
• Work with both business stakeholders and technical teams like Front End / Back End / Middleware Engineering, QA, Data, Architecture, as well as PMO, UX, Finance, Analytics, Client Services, and more.
• Collaborate with internal business partners to refine requirements and define enhancements, creating buy-in from other teams as necessary.
• Assess scope, document requirements, use case / user scenario, test case plans and design specifications, in partnership with UX, product managers, QA, and IT. Proactively identify issues. Work closely with key business leaders at senior levels.
• Identify and communicate areas of uncertainty, recommend solutions, gather buy-in from relevant stakeholders, shepherd features through development, and provide support at launch.
• Develop metrics to measure success of program features, analyze results, and partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations.
