Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Therapy Plans : Assess each patient's unique needs and create personalized strategies to help them reach their occupational goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply proven methods to elevate patients' motor skills, cognitive functioning, and daily routines.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team : Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nurses to provide holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide patients and caregivers on therapy practices to encourage continued progress outside of sessions.
• Track and Adjust Treatment Plans : Monitor clinical progress and modify therapy approaches as necessary to keep patients on track toward their goals.
