  • Position Summary :

    As the Radiology Systems Manager, you will take charge of the installation and ongoing maintenance of our Radiology and Cardiology PACS. You will work closely with the Radiology Systems Administrator to ensure smooth daily operations.

    Position Requirements :

  • Formal Education / Training : Experience with PACS and Radiology systems; formal training preferred.
  • BLS Certification : Required within 90 days of hire.
  • Workplace Experience : 3-5 years of recent hospital-based experience.
  • Skills : Strong computer systems knowledge essential; ability to communicate effectively with vendors, physicians, and staff regarding various imaging systems.
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and report system issues and projects to the Radiology Director.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure the reliability of systems within Radiology and Cardiology Departments.
  • Communicate effectively to identify and resolve potential problems.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with hospital departments.
  • Conduct regular checks to identify and implement areas for improvement.
  • This role requires the physical ability to engage with the multimodality imaging department. You must be available for on-call responsibilities, including nights and weekends. A commitment to maintaining a service-oriented approach and professionalism is essential.
