Tennessee Licensed Associate Pastor

A company is looking for an Associate Pastor for an overnight shift (remote). Key Responsibilities Provide biblical counsel and crisis intervention to listeners via phone, maintaining scheduled hours and participating in on-call rotations Regularly pray with listeners and respond to prayer requests received through various channels Make referrals to local assistance and collaborate with on-air and social media staff as needed Required Qualifications At least six years of pastoral experience or equivalent education and experience Knowledge of appropriate counseling methods for various life issues Bachelor's and / or Associate Degree in Ministerial or Counseling field from an accredited institution Licensed and / or Ordained with a recognized Christian church or denomination Commitment to ongoing education in the pastoral / counseling profession
