• Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Optometrist who has a passion for patient care and a desire to practice full-scope optometry in a collaborative setting. In addition to strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat visual system conditions, diseases, and disorders
• Provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgeries
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Participate in continuing education and professional development
• Qualifications :
• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
• Licensed in Connecticut to practice optometry
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy
• Ability to perform eye exams and diagnose ocular diseases
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
