Practice details include :

• $300,000 salary with $150,000 Incentive Package
• Patient volume : average 15 / day
• 4-day work week; 1 administrative day
• Option to see some patients via telemedicine.
• Well-established program with a large referral base.
• Bread and butter endocrinology with collaborative support from primary care and other sub-specialties. Includes thyroid, parathyroid, in-office ultrasound, weight management.
• Clinic Staff : Clinical assistants and a Nurse Practitioner
• 6-7 diabetes educators : they cover hospital and clinic; also manage pumps
• No after-hours call
• Optional : DEXA reading, weight management
• Qualifier for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program
