Im managing a confidential search on behalf of a long established general contractor with a strong presence in industrial process construction across Florida. The firm delivers design build and construction management projects in food and beverage, manufacturing, and complex commercial environments. They are expanding their leadership team and actively hiring a Project Manager and a Senior Estimator.

Project Manager Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for :

• Leading project teams and directing all phases of construction delivery, with particular focus on industrial and process driven facilities
• Managing project logistics, schedules, and compliance with specifications, drawings, and safety requirements
• Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining clear lines of communication with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Preparing competitive bids, monitoring cost reports, and adjusting schedules based on field conditions
• Maintaining rigorous standards for quality and client engagement throughout planning, execution, and closeout
