Job Description :

NATO HQ Supreme Allied Command Transformation (NATO SACT) is seeking contract support to access to leading-edge capabilities necessary to adapt to future threats, integrate advanced technologies to modernize the force, explore long-term military strategy to shape how NATO's forces will operate in the future, and promote interoperability between current and next-generation platforms.

To support our NATO customer, SimIS seeks a Technical Systems Analyst to provide analytical and technical support for cross-domain technical coordination and integration of emerging technologies to support NATO force design and strategic decision making. Education and Qualifications Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related technical field. 8 years of experience applying system integration principles and methodologies.

Ability to translate operational requirements into technical specifications.

Knowledge of military training systems and simulation technologies.

Familiarity with database management and data analysis tools.

Knowledge of verification and validation processes.

Responsibilities Analyze system performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Develop technical documentation including specifications and procedures.

Participate in technical review meetings and provide analytical input.

Conduct system integration studies and compatibility assessments.

Support engineering change proposal development and review.

Prepare technical reports and briefings for management and government customers.
