This may vary depending on the needs of the unit.In NICU, ratio is between 3 : 1 or 2 : 1. These submissions will be prioritized. Requests with less than 7 days of RTO , and no Holiday time off , will be prioritized. RTO requested after an offer will NOT be accommodated. Clinicians are expected to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and should NOT request changes once onsite. Return Staff Policy : RWJBH staff (full time or PRN) must be gone from the RWJBH health system a minimum of 1 year before they are eligible to return for travel assignments. Floating Requirements / Ratios : Candidates are required to float within their skillset, no exceptions. Ratios vary based on census and staffing. When floated, RNs will be assigned a patient ratio based on patient acuity License / Certifications : Active NJ or Compact license is required at time of submission.
