About The Position

Location : Denver, Colorado, USA Specialty : Registered Respiratory Therapist Type : Travel Schedule : 3x12s Nights Time : 13 Weeks

Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting travel opportunity for an experienced Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in Denver, Colorado . This contract offers a competitive weekly blended rate of $1,700 , based on three 12-hour night shifts per week , providing an excellent opportunity to advance your respiratory care skills in one of the nation's top healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist :

  • Provide respiratory care to patients of all ages with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary conditions
  • Administer oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and ventilator management per physician orders
  • Perform arterial blood gas sampling, analysis, and interpretation
  • Respond to codes and rapid response calls to provide life-saving interventions
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize respiratory outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols
  • Educate patients and families on proper respiratory treatments and home care techniques
  • Requirements of the Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist :

  • Active RRT license (Colorado or eligible for compact / state reciprocity)
  • BLS, ACLS and NRP certifications required
  • Minimum of 1 years recent acute care or ICU respiratory therapy experience
  • Proficiency in ventilator management, airway care, and critical patient support
