About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Operations to oversee national Commercial Title Operations, with a strong emphasis on title clearance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing teams that perform a wide range of duties related to title operations, ensuring support to branches for title clearance, and maintaining a focus on customer needs. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive long-term strategy, innovation, and performance across a major operational segment, and who is adept at shaping enterprise-wide outcomes. The VP will also be a key partner across Examining and Underwriting teams to meet policy adherence, production goals, and strategic timelines.

Applicants for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in Commercial Title Operations and be adept at providing leadership and direction through a team of directors, senior managers, or managers. The role demands a candidate with deep functional expertise, cross-functional leadership skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally. The VP will be accountable for the performance and results of a significant part of the organization and must be capable of developing and executing strategies to achieve key business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of impacting business results, evaluating key challenges, and directing the development of innovative solutions.
