Schedule :

  • Rehab / ECF facility : Monday to Sunday 7a-5p
  • Call Schedule : must be available for phone calls 5p-7a

Caseload :

  • Percentage of Practice : Adult Inpatient - 100%
  • PM&R : Sports / Ortho - 33%; CNS Rehab - 50%; Medical Rehab - 17%
  • Average number of patients per day : 14
  • Number of Physicians in a group : 7 PMR physicians
  • Locum tenens physician required to supervise other healthcare providers : No
  • Other PM&Rs be present during our locum tenens coverage : No

    • Worksite Resource :

  • X-ray onsite : YES
  • Number of exam rooms : 14
  • Documentation / EMR System : Epic (Hospital)

    • Hospital Services :

  • Total number of beds : 300
  • Trauma level 3
  • Referral / transfer protocol : Affiliated hospitals transfer from 13 miles and 28 miles are most common

    • Required Scope of Practice : Sub-acute (Rehab facility)
