Call Schedule : must be available for phone calls 5p-7a

Percentage of Practice : Adult Inpatient - 100%

PM&R : Sports / Ortho - 33%; CNS Rehab - 50%; Medical Rehab - 17%

Average number of patients per day : 14

Number of Physicians in a group : 7 PMR physicians

Locum tenens physician required to supervise other healthcare providers : No

Other PM&Rs be present during our locum tenens coverage : No

Worksite Resource :

X-ray onsite : YES

Number of exam rooms : 14

Documentation / EMR System : Epic (Hospital)

Trauma level 3

Referral / transfer protocol : Affiliated hospitals transfer from 13 miles and 28 miles are most common
