We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will provide top-notch service, operate cash registers and POS terminals, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Operate cash registers, POS terminals, and electronic scanners to conduct monetary transactions with customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking items as needed and answering the phone.
• Greet customers, take orders, and enter them into the POS terminal with accuracy and efficiency.
