Description :

Must have a minimum of 2 years of inpatient physical therapy experience in an acute care setting.

Will cover inpatient acute care and skilled nursing facility.

Candidates must possess a valid Kentucky license and current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Assignment confirmation needs to be completed within 24 hours of accepting the offer.

Candidates should not be submitted to more than one job at a time.
