MedSurg Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift

Job Description

The Staff Pad is seeking a full-time, onsite Registered Nurse (Med / Surg - Day Shift) for a healthcare facility in Las Vegas, New Mexico .

In this role, you will assess, plan, supervise, and evaluate nursing care for patients while ensuring alignment with the medical plan of care and institutional policies. You will be a vital member of the healthcare team, providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver direct patient care with a strong focus on safety, quality, and compassion.
• Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and ongoing care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
