SmartTalent Staffing is looking to hire a reach truck operator for a warehouse in Sumner, WA. Ideal candidate will be motivated to work full time and have 1-3 years operating reach forklift.

TITLE : Reach truck operator

LOCATION : Sumner, WA

SCHEDULE : Monday Friday, 6am-2 : 30pm + required OT and some Saturdays

PAY : $18 - $20

ABOUT THE JOB :

Primary responsibilities of this role is to safely operate a reach truck to load, unload, and move pallets of goods throughout the facility, with a focus on navigating narrow aisles and accessing high storage shelves.

JOB DUTIES :

Safely operate a reach truck to transport materials within the warehouse

Accurately pick and place products weighing up to 50lbs

Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with safety regulations

Maintain inventory accuracy through precise handling and documenting

Efficiently move materials to support warehouse operations

Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS :

Previous reach truck experience

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness

Comfortable working in fast-paced warehouse environments
