We are currently hiring a Technician I (Phone & Tablet App Loading) who has prior experience with Mobile Devices. including troubleshooting support for Phones. Below is the complete job description :

Primary Responsibilities :

• Set up new configurations for phone and tablets.
• Install configure and upgrade software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software application and OS related problems.
• Identify prioritize and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
