Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee backend engineering and manage a small team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs

Contribute to CI / CD pipelines and infrastructure management

Manage and mentor 3-5 engineers, providing career guidance and technical oversight

Required Qualifications

Public Trust or higher security clearance

5+ years of backend / full stack development experience

1+ years of people management experience, preferably in a matrixed environment

Experience with CI / CD pipelines and secure code validation workflows

Familiarity with agile methodologies and government software delivery
