We are seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor to manage plats, boundaries, and topographic surveys for diverse projects. This role requires a strong understanding of land surveying practices and the ability to deliver accurate, compliant survey data.

Responsibilities :

Conduct plats, boundary, and topographic surveys for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Prepare detailed survey maps, legal descriptions, and CAD drawings based on field data.

Review and verify survey data for accuracy, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations.

Coordinate with project managers and engineers to resolve discrepancies in survey data.

Manage field crews and survey technicians, providing direction and ensuring quality control on all survey activities.

Perform deed research and use MicroStation to produce accurate survey drawings and documentation.

Requirements :

Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in boundary, plat, and topographic surveys.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and other relevant surveying software.

Strong knowledge of state and local surveying regulations and standards.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in documentation and data management.

Proven experience managing field crews and survey technicians to ensure project accuracy and timely completion.
