WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established practices at Franciscan Physician Network South 31 Family Care and Franciscan Physician Network Family Medicine Perry Township located in Indianapolis, IN. Experienced provider is preferred, not required. Interested candidate will be joining an established, busy practice with five physician and two nurse practitioners who enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work-life balance.

WHAT WE NEED :

Ideal candidate will have past or present family medicine experience, with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician and Advanced Practice Providers will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT :

• Practice hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.
• Flexible full-time schedule; no weekends or holidays
• Average outpatient volume : 15 - 20 patients per day
• No call responsibilities
• No inpatient work or OB
• Practice enjoys high patient satisfaction and quality scores
