LOCATION :
5 days onsite in South End
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
Oversee training, onboarding, and performance of all account management personnel.
Manage client accounts, including setup, communication, and reporting.
Handle day-to-day logistics for the National Fleet Department, including POs, billing, and issue resolution.
Manage deadlines and progress across assigned client base, ensuring timely project completion.
Responsible for welcome and setup of new customer accounts.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS :
Proven leadership and operational management skills, with the ability to optimize processes and manage a small team.
Experience in fleet management, automotive operations, or commercial account coordination.
Familiarity with NetSuite and Smartsheet; Salesforce experience is a plus but not required.
3+ years working in account management and / or a customer service capacity.
Automotive after-market equipment knowledge experience is preferred.
