Bailey Education Group, LLC is expanding our instructional coaching team and seeking highly skilled Elementary ELA experts who live in states bordering Nebraska and can easily drive into Nebraska school districts for on-site coaching support.

Make a difference as an elementary ELA Instructional coach / lead teacher

As a Contract Instructional Coach serving Nebraska districts, you will bring your mastery of Elementary ELA to support teachers in elevating literacy outcomes for young learners.

Your work will include :

Collaborating with teachers to strengthen ELA instruction

Modeling lessons and providing actionable coaching feedback

Conducting classroom observations and refining instructional practices

Leading professional development for ELA strategies and standards

Analyzing student data to guide instructional decisions

Supporting schools with curriculum implementation

Driving excellence through teamwork, accountability, and customer-centric solutions
