Member Contact Center Representative

As a Member Contact Representative, you will be able to use your excellent communication skills to provide professional and personalized service to our Members / Customers. You will have the opportunity to showcase your success and earn incentives when you meet monthly sales / service goals. In addition, you have the satisfaction of helping our members / customers while learning and growing with in the Financial Services industry.

On a daily basis you will- Answer incoming telephone calls and assist members with any of the following :

• Resolving problems
• Cross-selling credit union products
• Rate quotations / negotiations
• Researching account information
• Ordering checks, statements and check copies
